I am physically able to take part in Slowflow.

Slowflow Community Weekend requires basic physical fitness. The bicycle ride is 30 km of mainly tar seal, with some hills, and the walk to the Ohu is a gently sloped Bush walk ~ 1 1/2 hours each way.
